Abstract
This project is a extension of the current SNIC 2021/5-557.
We will continue to use it for analyzing genome conformation data from different technologies as ( Hi-CHIP, GAM, scCUT&Tag ) from mouse tissue in control and disease states. We have also now DBit-seq spatial multiomics data from mouse brain tissue and spinal cord. This will allow to investigate genome architecture and regional preferences of oligodendroglia in mouse.
