Abstract
My Phd projects revolves around the analysis of single cell omics data. I need a storage on Uppmax to run my analysis, and since single cell omics data are huge (for instance 10X single cell data),and I need enough storage on Uppmax to run my analysis for my phd project smoothly. My project is regarding the development of single cell transcript quantification method, as well as multi-omics data analysis.
