Abstract

Three amphibian species in Sweden have been raised under laboratory conditions and infected with the pathogenic fungus Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis in three different temperatures, chosen to reflect current and predicted environmental temperatures in the north and south of Sweden. We aim to uncover differences in gene expression between the temperatures and infection status for the three amphibians, and correlate them to the survival and growth of each species.
