Abstract

Transcriptional response to drug treatment is a proven valuable tool for identifying mechanism of action of compounds. This project investigates the potential of analyzing single-cell transcriptomics for mechanism/mode of action elucidation, particularly for applications in immune-oncology where co-cultures of immune and tumor cells are analyzed.
